Lindbacka TILLBEHÖR mallow leavesThis medium roasted coffee blend consists of coffee from three different growers from Mexico, Peru, and Ethiopia and is moving towards a lighter roast. The coffee from Mexico comes from several small growers in Oaxaca, El Salvador from Ignacio Gutierrez and a farm from Ethiopia where the coffee grows at 1870 2000 meters above sea level. The flavor profile is peach, plum, and hazelnut. Region: Ozolotepec in Mexico, Cajamarca in El Salvador, and Oromia
