Tasting Notes: In our Grenache we search for Indian spice (cloves, cumin and star anise), fragrance and pretty aromatics. We love Grenache's clarity of fruit. It's no shrinking violet though, and has the capacity to age beautifully. Serving Temperature: 1618C for full aromatic expression. Decanting: 3045 minutes recommended to soften the high alcohol and open the spice and floral aromatics.
