Jean-Claude Bachelet, Saint Aubin Champlots Vintage:2021 anise and clove along withSmoky and cool aromas are comprised by notes of acacia blossom, green apple and lemon lime. Once again there is excellent volume and mid palate sap to the caressing yet quite punchy flavors that culminate in a citrusy, bone dry and chiseled finish. Here too at least some patience would be beneficial.
