Peloton De La Muerte Mezcal Espadin Mixers distilled 6 times and filteredPeloton De La Muerte Mezcal Espadin is a small batch, artisanal mezcal from Tlacolula, Oaxaca. Crafted with 100% Maguey Espadn (A. Angustifolia), this mezcal is cooked in a lava lined pit for five days and crushed with a tahona before being open air fermented for four days. It is then double distilled in copper pot stills of 200 liters. Enjoy this unique mezcal with a distinct flavor and aroma profile.
