Louis Jadot, Echezeaux Vintage:2020 silky tannins provide the backdrop(from Les Rouges du Bas that is worked by horse because it is so steep; occasionally other Echzeaux is added from purchases but in 2018 this is a domaine wine). An exuberantly spicy nose is composed almost exclusively of various very ripe dark berries and exotic tea scents. The finer middle weight flavors arent as powerful though I like the vibrancy on the dusty, raspy and slightly short finish. Because the underlying tannins seem phenolically mature,
