VRSM & RFA Full Size 2nd Award Bar Campaign_1799-1899 The criteria̴ for all is2nd award bar to be added to the ribbon of the Volunteer Reserve Service Medal (VRSM) and Royal Fleet Auxiliary Service Medal (RFA). In the case of the VRSM bars were issued for additional 5 years service after the medal was awarded. The RFA bars were issued from each subsequent 10 years service.
