Santa Macarena Pinot Noir mahi with great depth and concentrationThe vineyard at Santa Macarena (DO Valle de Aconcagua) is the most coastal site in all of Chile. Morning mists and sea breezes have the effect of locking in some very pretty aromatics florals, dark raspberry, cherry, sweet spice and is all the more appealing for that. Soft and easy in the mouth, the clear fruit flavours sing, and there's a lovely tang at the end. Oak is barely there.
