On the palate this is almost a blend of the Genevrières and Perrières as there is some of each attribute on the middleweight flavors including minerality

The acidity that this wine shows through the mid palate is impressive and it is backed up by good fruit intensity. A long finish, which shows a slight bitter chocolate note. (AC)
