Château Salettes Bandol Rouge 2014 Soria Lujan de Cuyo and UcoThe 17th century Chteau Salettes is situated on the Mediterranean coast between Toulon and Marseille at the foot of the hilltop village of La Cadire dAzur. Mourvdre constitutes 50% of Chteau Salettes plantings. Their powerful and age worthy red wines are comprised of a minimum of 80% Mourvdre from the estates oldest vines planted in the 1960s. Manual harvest using shallow bins (AC Bandol rules prohibit mechanical harvesting). All fruit is destemmed.
