Plenty of dark cherry flavour and depth here with the grapes' natural fine tannins creating a finely structured framework. No oak, just ultra flavoursome and intense tasn pinot fruit from the excellent 2019 vintage. Nick Glaetzer makes his Nouveau Pinot in the traditional French 'nouveau' manner but with a good dollop of Aussie grunt. It is the perfect pinot for Asian dishes meat or seafood slipping
