Strong candied apricot, marmalade and rind characters are powerful while subtle citrus and oak spice add to the complexity with Botrytis undertones. The palate opens with strong lemon and blood orange flavours prominent above the sweetness. Acidity follows, finishing with a clean balanced weight of
