Description
The wine is aged for approximately 20 months entirely in new French oak barrels
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before the wine matures for 12 months in a combination of new and seasoned French oak hogsheads
there are subtle dried yellow flower notes and a faint honeyed warmth that signals the wine's full-bodied nature
the palate is generous with ripe tree fruit — apple and pear at the forefront — moving into a creamy mid-palate where butter and caramel notes emerge from the malolactic fermentation and oak aging
Serve well-chilled at 40–45°F in a flute or tulip glass to concentrate the aromatics and maintain the mousse
