Chateau de la Greffiere Saint Veran, 2021 Aligote with great diurnal swings andFrom the importer: White wine. Mconnais, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. From a 2. 6ha parcel of 25 year old Chardonnay vines. The nose is pure and offers up scents of apple, white peach, Mconnais toast, almonds and a lovely base of chalky soil tones. On the palate the wine is deep, full bodied and nicely structured, with a fine core, bright acids and very good length and grip on the still slightly youthful finish.
