The wine offers pretty texture with mild creaminess and good complexity. You get candied lemon, honey and pastry cream, and of course, there is crushed stone and volcanic ash to render an ever more interesting wine. This is a bright white wine from an all volcanic territory. Give it a bit more time to flesh out.
