This is aromatically quite similar to the Pucelles with perhaps just a bit more emphasis on the honeysuckle nuances
I spent several hours with Chef de Caves Jean-Baptiste Lecaillon tasting through a wide range of 2009s vins claires
floral and Asian-style tea scents
Offers fine balance
a mixture of red and black fruit mixed with sage
Bruno Clair, Corton Charlemagne Size:6x750ml This is aromatically quite similarThis too flashes discreet wood influence on the spicier and more floral suffused aromas. There is very fine mid palate density to the much bigger and more powerful flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the citrusy and bone dry finale that offers impressive persistence. This will however need to add depth to achieve the upper end of my projected range, but it could well do that if given a chance with at least a few years of bottle age.
