Yoga For Skiers - October 28th IntermediateIron and nordicThe USG Yoga for Skiers clinic is a great way to build flexibility and strength for the up coming ski season. Building in the hips, hamstrings, and core which are used everyday out on the hill. Yoga also helps with recovery and prevents many common ski injuries so this early season clinic is a great way to learn some mobility exercises for the upcoming season. This event will be hosted at our Midvale Performance Center from 7: 30 8: 30 PM.
