Chardonnay - Domaine Jean Defaix 2020 Chablis spirits citrusy/tangy ginNo oak here at all, stainless steel all the way through, creating a Chablis of great purity. Brilliant green gold in colour, butter and almond on the nose with ginger spice. Floral perfume too, think freesia. Ultra tasty in the mouth with the distinctive chardonnay, slightly waxy barley sugar finish. SCREWCAP $12. 5% alcohol
