Poliziano, Stanze Vintage:2011 This is slightly more aromaticallyThe 2011 Le Stanze del Poliziano, the estate's Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot blend, offers lovely juiciness and intensity throughout. Dark plum, crme de cassis, cloves, menthol and licorice are some of the signatures. Fleshy and generous, the 2011 should continue to drink nicely for another decade or so. Readers who like more aromatic and flavor nuance will want to give the 2011 a little more time in bottle, as it is still quite young. Antonio Galloni
