Orange slice candy, frosted flakes on a high energy, spirited, dry, crisp palate. Passerina is the lesser known native white varietal from central Italy, grown on the Adriatic Coast in the Marche region where Verdicchio and Pecorino are the predominate varietals. The microclimate of Tenuta di Tavignano is ideal, with higher altitude, diurnal temperatures (warm days, cool nights) and soft slopes resulting in
