Please check your existing derby cover to confirm that it is 7 inches also. This part is also made with a diameter of 7 inches. Our process is to engrave the design onto a raw aluminum part. The engraved part is then sent to an HD qualified Chrome Plater. After the part has been chrome plated, it is painted using PPG automotive grade enamel. The part is then baked
