Tassi, Colombaio Brut Zero truffle and black cherry aromasLustrous mid ruby. Still a little compact and tight on the nose. Concentrated, supple cherry fruit of great depth and pushed by lifted acidity. Firm chalky tannins that demand more time, but the whole is finely balanced. (WS)
