A cool, pure and wonderfully elegant nose offers up notes of spicy essence of red currant liqueur plus a trace of earth. There is a refined texture to the layered and concentrated middle weight flavors that possess that really lovely inner mouth perfume before culminating in a mineral infused and beautifully long finish.
