Even more impressive is the fulsome nose of iris, crme de cassis and raspberries. The palate is wonderfully complex and moreish, with flavours of liquorice, rosemary, violets, leather and sublime red and black fruits. It has wonderful intensity, drive, definition, generosity of texture and balance, remaining incredibly young and primary and only just beginning to hit its stride. A truly
