Vineyards: A selection of two vineyards from the northern part of the Barossa Valley. A 132 year old block grown on sand in Ebenezer, and a 70 year old block in Nuriootpa on biscay dark loam over sand. Winery: All fruit was handpicked, destemmed and wild yeast fermented separately. Matured in old French oak puncheons (500L) for 9 months. No fining agents were used, and all Adventurous Souls
