Macerato (Orange Wine), vino bianco biologico con IGT Svizzera Italiana, 2025 acquavite pasteurised drinkThe Macerato was born from a shared passion for wine with two friends, Mattia Germano and Marco Conte. An exciting wine with a yellow orange color, cloudy because it is unfiltered, and made 100% solely from grapes. Grape variety: Souvignier Gris and Solaris. Vinification: grapes macerated on the skins for 3 weeks with spontaneous fermentation (indigenous yeasts naturally present on the skins) in stainless steel and aged for 4 months in 3rd passage
