Nebiulin Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2024 Le More Bianche Chablis The sip is taut yetNebbiolo in purity, selected from the youngest vines (from 7 to 15 years old). An unconventional expression of the grape variety that does not age in wood. A fresh, easy, but not trivial wine. Maceration lasts twenty days with spontaneous fermentation without temperature control. Maturation takes place for 6 months in cement and ceramic. A Langhe Nebbiolo that aims to be an everyday wine with a carefree drinkability.
