D'Alessandro Brut IGT Valle d'itria Morellino Terno comes from Petit VerdotSparkling wine obtained from Minutolo and Verdeca grapes grown in our company. Made with the Charmat method, it has a luminous appearance and a fine and persistent perlage. The cuve gives our brut floral and fruity scents on a delicately musky background. In the mouth it is medium structured, acidity and a nice almond finish. Ideal for aperitifs. Serve at 4 6 C Pairings: appetizers and seafood dishes, risottos with vegetables
