Marco Sara Erba Alta Muffe Nobili Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali DOC 2022 bio formaggi stagionati o come contornoErba Alta Friulano from the Marco Sara winery is born in the Colli Orientali del Friuli from 20 60 year old vines, rooted in marl and clayey sandstone soils between 175 and 300 meters above sea level. The southern exposure guarantees optimal ripening, with manual harvesting at the end of September in several passes, including 30% of grapes with botrytis cinerea. After whole bunch pressing, fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.
