Kikumasamune Junmai Koujo 菊正宗　しぼりたて　純米・香醸 cerris come contorno dal carattere audaceTASTING NOTES: This sake is a new type of Junmai sake which has the great original umami taste but with a twist of fruity flavors that is 'Ginjo shu' like. Kikumasamune uses their own original sake yeast 'HA14' to produce great fruity flavors like apple or muscat. Furthermore, this sake has a more umami taste from the rice due to the lower polishing ratio that is not found in many 'Ginjo shu' like sake.
