The whisky was matured in a combination of Ex Bourbon and Ex Sherry casks in a ratio of 80 20. On the nose, there are intense maritime notes, accompanied by sweet peat smoke, a hint of campfire and a hint of floral earthiness. On the palate, the peat smoke dominates, enriched by nuances of crushed digestive biscuits, while a light licorice note develops,
