Rubino stellato, taglio ovale cabochon, 1,05 ct hand made rifinituraThe gem appears opaque. Visible traces of lead glass filling treatment. The purple red color, the medium tone and its saturation compensate for the quality of the original rough. The asterism effect is pleasant and well calibrated. Not precise proportions: the gem develops mainly in length, however this does not compromise its pleasantness.
