Soft and balanced, very versatile and appreciable even for daring combinations based on pizza, as well as being an excellent wine for aperitifs, appetizers and first courses. Recommended serving temperature between 14 16C. It is one of the oldest vines found in Sicily. Cultivated in the hilly area of Agrigento, it expresses great pleasantness
