Elio Sandri makes wine in his Cascina Disa, a balcony overlooking the vineyards of Perno that face the end of the ridge that gently descends from Serralunga d'Alba towards Alba. Elio's approach to viticulture and winemaking techniques is far from interventionist: no synthetic products are used in the vineyard, and attention is focused on product quality.
