V. is a fantastic organic ros wine made from the traditional Valpolicella grapes Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, which we otherwise know from the region's world famous red wines such as Amarone and Valpolicella Ripasso. Kabloom is named after the blaze of colour in spring after the bees have done their work. After the grapes are harvested by hand, they undergo a half day maceration
