They purchased two relatively small stills from a Swiss spirits producer and began whiskey production. What initially happened in the house of one of the three friends was moved to the new distillery in Skibbereen in 2014. The distillery has a very wide range of bottlings and matures many of the stored whiskeys in different casks. West Cork Bourbon Cask matured in ex bourbon casks for an
