Quintarelli Rosso del Merlo 2014 økovin produced exclusively in steel tanksQuintarelli presents a remarkable IGT wine, consisting of 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. After the harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermentation begins after 7 8 days of maceration. The wine is stored in steel tanks until February, where it undergoes a secondary fermentation with grape lees from the Amarone production, enriching it with additional aromas and flavors. The wine is then aged in Slovenian oak barrels for 8. 5 years.
