This wine is made from the Albario grape, which is known for its fresh and fruity character, but Castro Martin adds an extra dimension by allowing the wine to age "sobre las", meaning it rests on its lees for a period of time to develop more complexity and texture. The wine presents itself with a clear, straw yellow color
