Our ginger is grown naturally by farmers in wild forest gardens, and is hand harvested, washed, dried and ground immediately before being shipped to us. This results in a fresh, intense and aromatic ginger with a peppery, earthy flavour with notes of citrus. Ginger is almost made for the spicy cuisines wok and stew dishes, but also provides a fresh kick
